Compact Actuators
The uniqueness of the 
Compact Actuator is as its name already reveals its compactness compared to a standard actuator. Because space for an actuator could be an issue, the Compact Actuator often comes in as the solution to your problem. Think e.g. about the limited space on an oil platform, a skid, or a ship (FPSO).
The concept of the compact actuator is a result of the developments in our Lift&Turn actuator.
Technical details:
- Spring return or Double acting
- Pneumatic or hydraulic
- Designed for 90° rotary valves*
- +/- 3° travel adjustment
- Ambient temperature from -30°C up to 90°C*
- 250 Nm up to 64,000 Nm* in a standard range of:
- 250Nm, 500Nm, 1000Nm, 2000Nm, 4000Nm, 8000Nm, 16000Nm, Upon request: 32000Nm + 64000Nm
- Namur accessory interface
- Internal tie bars
- Maintenance free
- Accessories (indicators, mounting etc)
- ISO 5211 valve interface
- All products are constructed to meet demanding standards in the petrochemical industry. Therefore the Compact Actuator carries CE, ATEX, PED certifications; other certifications upon request
